When you upload a document, we send it to a secure AI service to read and analyze the text. The AI uses this to write your plain-language summary, check for red flags, and suggest next steps.
We never store your documents. If you choose to track a case, we save only the details you see — the type, the deadline, and the next step — never the photo or the text of your document. Your analysis results stay in your private history until you delete them. Sensitive numbers like Social Security and account numbers are masked in the saved results.
